She is the great, great, great, great, great grandchild of Nysra Tolmak and Stephen Braun. Give or take a great.
Childhood and Teenage Years
| Born and raised on the boxing circuit in the AQ. Her mother a boxer, her father a boxer, the two interceded and then parted ways as is normal for individuals who bed by night and flee by day. Her schooling was paid for by various criminals who at the time were sleeping with her mother, other times as favors and payments for deeds done by her mother. Despite her mothers’ wanton ways and hedonistic lifestyle she ensured that her daughter was always provided for and had the opportunity for a good education. When Kei was old enough and graduated from general schooling she joined the military in order to get free quality schooling, better by leaps and bounds from other educational institutes in the field of medicine.

Mid-Years
| She did her stint in the military learning emergency medicine, engaging in liason work between the UFP governments and the CU governments given her dual heritage. A specialty in field surgery and emergency surgery gave her the skills to work really anywhere, including out of a tin can. She finished out her required time with the military and left when her time was up to go and pursue other venues of opportunity. She can’t quite recall when she met Ryan Rudd, admitting that they were both completely blitzed at some keger on some bar on some planet. When they woke up the next day in a seedy motel together in bed and realized they were both doctors, she of the fix your ass in a pinch kind and he the work with snotty little kids kind they came up with a plan to open their own medical business. All very casual.

| Ryan Rudd is her right hand man and eventually turned into one of her best friends, if not the only one. Her partner in crime and surgery he provides brevity to her life and she likewise for him.

Present Life
| Kei and Ryan have been on Stronghold station for a very short time (measure it in mere weeks). Given the nature of their business, a barter system at it’s best, they had to acquire materials for the medical bay. Including a ship. To carry said items to the medical bay and to transport the two intrepid travellers to said station. A man in dire need of surgery to help re-attached a severed leg later and some tough negotiations as said man was bleeding out on a bar room floor and they managed to finagle the SS Badtz Maru from the man in return for saving life and limb. The ship, once transfer of ownership was completed, was eventually renamed the SS Touch and Go and the game was on. With the SS Touch and Go Ryan and Kei offered on the go medical services in exchange for credits, latinum, parts and pieces, in order to build up their medical bay. Their medical bay may be ugly and mismatched but it gets the job done and provides them with a solid space for their business. They still offer up the SS Touch and Go as a semi-ambulance / flying surgical centre, but select individuals know of the service and it’s not advertised to the average public. It’s what they call their underground service and comes at a premium.

Biography
His family has a long held tradition of naming their boys either Paul or Ryan. This comes from their great, great, great, great, great grandfathers Ryan Reynolds and Paul Rudd who were married and decided this tradition was a great one. Mainly for shits and giggles and would likely be surprised this tradition is still being adhered to today. Youth. So impressionable.

| Lets just say he’s a ladies man. Or at least a man who likes the ladies. And spent time, during his training in a civilian university for medicine sleeping with various people. Ladies. Professors included. His medical specialty is pediatrics. Mothers love sensitive men who are nice to their kids.

Present Life
| He works and lives with Kei which occasionally makes it awkward when he brings ladies to the SS Touch and Go for ‘coffee’. He enjoys the simplicity of his work and the flexible hours and has his hobbies on the side which may or may not include pet grooming services which he runs occasionally out of the supplies closet in the medical clinic.
